Prompts are tools. Like any tool, they're only useful if you actually use them consistently. These 12 prompts run every week in my workflow — no exceptions.

Content Prompts (Monday)

1. Content Ideation — 'Based on [this week's observations], generate 10 content ideas that align with [brand voice doc]. Score each for relevance, originality, and platform fit.'

2. LinkedIn Draft — 'Write a LinkedIn post about [topic] in [TS voice]. Hook in first line. Value in the middle. CTA at the end. Under 200 words.'

3. Newsletter Outline — 'Structure a newsletter about [topic]: one framework, one workflow, one recommendation. 800 words max.'

Strategy Prompts (Wednesday)

4. Client Brief Expansion — 'Take this client brief and identify gaps, assumptions, and three questions we need answered before starting.'

5. Competitive Scan — 'Analyze these 5 competitors and identify the positioning white space where [client brand] can own a category.'

Production Prompts (Daily)

6-12: Script refinement, shot list generation, edit notes, color grade reference matching, social caption writing, email subject line testing, and the weekly retrospective prompt that captures what worked and what didn't.
