A brand audit used to take me a full day. Research the competitor landscape, analyze the visual identity, assess the messaging, evaluate the content strategy. Now I do the same audit in 20 minutes — and the output is arguably more thorough.

The Five-Prompt Audit

Prompt 1: Positioning Map — 'Analyze [brand website] and map their positioning across these dimensions: market category, target audience, key differentiator, price positioning, and emotional territory. Then compare against [3 competitors].'

Prompt 2: Voice Analysis — 'Read the last 20 social posts from [brand] and score their voice across these 12 attributes: [the TS framework].'

Prompt 3: Visual Consistency — 'Based on the website, identify the brand's color system, typography choices, spacing patterns, and imagery style. Rate consistency from 1-10 and flag any deviations.'

Prompt 4: Content Gap Analysis — 'Analyze the brand's content across all channels and identify: topics they cover well, topics they neglect, audience segments they're missing, and content formats they should try.'

Prompt 5: Recommendation Synthesis — 'Based on prompts 1-4, generate the top 5 strategic recommendations for this brand, ranked by impact and ease of implementation.'
